Tis' the season to be jolly...

We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and would like to wish everyone a prosperous New Year! We had a blast on Christmas morning with Madison. She is so intuitive. I found myself sitting in the chair at night after putting her to bed just looking at the stockings hung and got excited to know Santa would soon be here :) It amazes me how children put the joy and excitement back into Christmas that you find yourself outgrowing. I have also tried to teach Maddy about the true meaning of Christmas... Jesus birthday. We sang Happy Birthday to baby Jesus for about a week or so. It's so cute. We have a video that I will try to get posted. Maddox of course just hung out with dad while Maddy tore into gifts. When the gift was for Maddox, she would open it, say see Maddox and then put it in a pile for him, it was very sweet!
Below is Maddox hanging out with daddy in his new Yankees cap and new belt, just like daddy's.
Maddy asking if the presents were for her. Grandma and Grandpa got her a John Deere Tractor and wagon for Christmas. She had to open the majority of her gifts while sitting on the tractor.
Our stockings
Our tree after Santa had visited
Santa's little helpers. This picture cracks me up as they are both grabbing for their hats at the same time.
